Dogwood Animal Hospital has been treating the dogs and cats of Lawrenceville, GA, and surrounding areas since 1998. Our services include wellness exams, sick visits, vaccinations, boarding, microchipping, health and travel certifications, nutrition and weight management, euthanasia, laser therapy, X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, genetic testing, surgery including spay and neuter, laser surgery, cherry eye, pet dental, pain management to include Librela and Solensia, injections for dogs and cats suffering from osteoarthritis, and more! We are open six days a week and can't wait to meet you and your pet!

- CACoco33 ASep 4, 20255.0I absolutely love Dogwood Animal Hospital and Dr Tiffanie Britt. She is so sweet and so special. I am so thankful to have found Dogwood. My fur baby Fredrik was diagnosed with Diabetes by another Vet in 2024. After his diagnosis, the Vet put him on a regular dry food diet, and also prescribed insulin. She actually told me that she thought about changing his diet to diabetic food. Unfortunately, Fredrik regained the weight that he had lost when he was sick by eating the high calorie, high carb dry food. Dr Britt discontinued the insulin and prescribed Purina DM. Fredrik is doing great, and didn’t need to take insulin after all. I will always be grateful for the wonderful care Dr Britt and her staff provides to my little Fredrik.

The vet was incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive — not only to him, but also to me as his owner. She took the time to explain everything clearly, showed such patience, and made sure Prince was as comfortable as possible. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that blends professionalism with such genuine kindness. I left feeling confident that Prince was in the best hands. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care.
- MFMrs. FloresAug 25, 20251.0We were customers of Dogwood for 10+ years. We had to leave because the service and quality has declined so severely. We took our dog who has been coming to Dogwood for her entire life. We recently took her to a new vet to get a second opinion and they countered multiple things Dogwood told us including my dog having KIDNEY DISEASE (she DOESNT). Then, we fostered a stray and asked Dogwood to make sure she was ready to be around or cats or if she needed to be quarantined. They tell us shes good to socialize with our indoor-only cats. She had WORMS and EAR MITES. Both of which are highly contagious and we then had to treat our 2 other cats consequently. You guys charged us easily over $900 for these examinations and false results. Our new vet actually inspected our pets in front of us, something Dogwood never did. We switched to Gwinnett Animal Hospital and Paw Project GA - Both CHEAPER and so much more genuinely caring to our pets. We will not return.
