Apparently a lot of dogs have gotten Giardia here and have gone home sick. Beware.

I’ve used quite a few boarding places in the past with all of my fur babies. I have to say dogs on the farm and cats too went above and beyond!!! I got updates on my dogs every day and they posted pictures. Gave me great peace of mind while I was away knowing my babies were taken care of. I highly recommend!!! So happy I found such a great place with amazing staff to take care of my babies while I’m away.

Our dog Simba was in great condition and happy when we picked him up . Very pleased with all the attention he received. Excellent experience, we were over seas so it was important that we left him in responsible hands.

Where do I begin? This place is HORRIBLE. It's a great concept to "watch" your dogs on the webcam and photos uploaded but I never saw mine. I was contacted because my dog had "soft stool" one day and was being held from daycare but they failed to tell me when he was attacked by another dog. We go to pick him up and we found an employee in the pen area and they went into the LOCKED office because that is where my dog was by himself. I was upset because what if there was a fire? We were told everything was fine and the reason we didn't see him is because they isolated him because he didn’t know how to play and was excessively barking (I’ve taken my dogs to the park and other daycares and never had a complaint) so they decided to confine my dog. Doesn’t make sense that they call me about his stool but not that he is being kept alone. When we got to see him, his 4 paws all the way to the elbows were all chewed up, cut up and his pads were sliced. They said they had no idea what that was. We demanded to speak with the owner. She comes in and doesn't take her sunglasses off and makes every excuse in the book. She said that she would send us video surveillance of him playing happily; that made me feel at ease when we left. I took him to the vet (because of his injuries) and followed up to get reimbursed for same and to also see the video she spoke about, she refused to take my calls and her employees and brother refused to call us back. Once I finally got in touch with her, she was rude. She told me all I do is complain and that I need to "shut up" and let her talk. This is the owner talking to me like this; very unprofessional. I wanted my concerns addressed and she wouldn't address any. She said and I quote "I do not have patience for my 92 year old mother so I certainly do not have patience for you". She also said to me that my dog was barking because it could be a side effect of the allergy medicine he was on...MY DOG DOESN'T HAVE ALLERGIES. So my dog was given medication he doesn't need. When I inquired about the video footage she promised me, I was told her computers are old and that no video was saved...why would she promise me video footage before and then 3 days later tell me she cannot send it to me??? It just seems odd and suspicious. If you bring your dog here on a daily basis for daycare, your dog will get treated fine (I hope) but if you bring your dog here occasionally, your dog will not be taken care of. I have a feeling (just my observation) that a regular dog who comes every day for daycare did not like my dog and attacked him. Instead of punishing the regular dog who comes every day or providing them each with shifts, they punished my dog and isolated him. The sad part is I just rescued him from a shelter 2 months ago where they told me he was neglected and abused and has scars to prove it and I take him into my house, provide him care and drop him off at a place I hoped he would enjoy but instead was neglected and attacked. I took numerous photos of every paw, his stomach and scratched up face so if anyone inquires about this place, I'd be more than happy to show you. If you love your dog, do not leave them here!! I have 3 dogs (the other 2 were with my sisters) and I love them like children and if I knew then what I know now, I would never have dropped him off. It makes me sick to my stomach to think I left him there for 3 days all alone. Never again!
