  Asked for a mat to be removed off my long haired cat’s chest and a trim of half of his fur all around, I dropped him off at 10am and did not get him back until 5:15pm because they couldn’t get a hold of the cat groomer, 96$ for my cat to be scissor shaved and shaved on his underbelly which now has an infection, messaged place on Facebook for them to put a “😆” emoji on my message when I explained what happened, the cat groomer is supposedly the owner as well. extremely unhappy and disappointed.

  Would not recommend if you have a golden retriever, both of my dogs backs were left clumpy looking and just not right, There was no communication during the whole process, I had to call twice to see if my dogs were ready to be picked up after they’d been there for 8 hours. I was really hoping for undercoat control, however they didn’t seem to do much of that. They do smell good and they are clean tho.

  Thank you to all the staff for making my Savannah feel safe and loved with her first time away from home since our family rescued her and likely her very first bath and grooming experience. She looks and smells beautiful. We look forward to returning on a regular basis now. 🐾

  Have taken my fur babies there for over 15+ years and they have always received the best of care! Would not go any where else.
