  The best option, one of the few places I trust with my dogs. Even my mama's boy of a dog will abandon me as he sprints in with excitement so happy to be there. Wouldn't have it any other way.

  When my dog came out, I cried. He was so adorable. I was not expecting that because he was severely matted. My daughter was sick so for a little over a week, he was not brushed. We made the right choice coming here. He is happy and playful. it’s like we have a whole new dog. Are dog is so soft. All the groomers were very professional and friendly. They answer all my questions. They also have a bakery, so it definitely got him a treat what he enjoyed we will definitely be returning customers

  Today was Zoey's first professional grooming, she did great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The prices are very competitive (less than I expected for a hairy Rottweiler). Thank you Dog City, Zoey thanks you too!

  I have edited this from 3 stars to 4. Since the last review. The client experience manager reached out and apologized for not breaking down the receipt during pick up. They are very appreciative that we do bring our dogs there and reassured us that our dogs are well taken care of. This is something I appreciate as well. ***I have used dog city for hotel stays and day care we even had them groomed there, we have 2 dogs. I used the hotel service for a weekend and picked them up on a Sunday. My husband told me to pick them up anytime between 10-4. I guess there is a weird time frame on the weekends. I was charged a 45$ late fee per dog and was not told when I picked them up, I found out through the emailed receipt. My husband called to ask questions about the fees and there is weird time frame on the weekends for pickup anytime after noon you will get charged, this is stated on the website. *What disappoints me is they didn’t tell me when I picked up my dogs I was getting charged 2 late fees, this makes me question and reflect that if some did happen to my dogs they wouldn’t tell me. I am considering a different dog hotel and day care over this. Not telling someone they are getting charged nearly 100$ is a big deal. I am also upset because I tipped them before I found this out.
