- JRjason roySep 4, 20254.0Update: my wife had a great conversation with the company and they agreed to refund us back the service fee. It was great to see that they value relationships and were willing to create a solution. we had initial service August 25/25 on our garage door as it would not open. when the service people arrived we had to use the key disconnect cable to get the door open. coil was replaced and charged for parts and service call. Sept 3/25 so not a long time had passed and now the key disconnect cable is getting stuck on then lever Arm and creating issues with the door going up and down. told that this would be another service call as the company seems it a separate issue….I am wondering if coincidence/lack of proper repositioning of the cable from the first use on Aug 25. would caution anyone as appears the company seems to be not too supportive in customer service.
