He is a true professional, polite and so helpful. He was very patient with us and went out of his way changing bases on the deck set I was trying to get and repositioning so my parents and I could view the set in different formats. He is very knowledgeable and gave great advice. The delivery went very well and my furniture looks great on my deck!!
