Staff were friendly but not pushy — my husband and I could wander around and chat without feeling bothered. When we were ready to talk, we worked with Scott. He was super easy to chat with, knew his stuff, and helped answer all our questions. The pieces we liked were in stock, and they even have weekly delivery options that fit our schedule. After visiting a few other furniture stores that day, this was hands down the best experience — and the prices were great too!

He allowed us space to peruse around on our own and then when it came time to get down to brass tacks and figure out the logistics of our sectional delivery he had answers to our questions before we could even get them into the air. Delivery came with a great surprise as both sections of our couch arrived as opposed to two separate deliveries we'd discussed in the show room. That was great! Thanks Jim!
