  Stay far away …. Would “not” recommend. Short staffed and staff who is not experienced and takes on too much work where they cannot meet timelines. They make a lot of mistakes and excuses for dragging out work. Suggest looking for other company to use as expect a nightmare experience Makes several mistakes. Some even rookie mistake with attention to detail. They did not note electric is under ground for new construction, forgot door and windows in drawings. Waited 7+ weeks from comments from city with revision mistakes they made with setback. Lots of excuses. You get different answers depending on who you talk to. Owner Derek very unprofessional and not able to meet deadlines. Suggest finding another architect.

  Derek provided an excellent analysis of the property. His knowledge in home building and structural issues was amazing. I will call him the next time I’m in the process of buying a property.

  From an empty building and a dream, Derek and his team helped create reality out of my drawings, which mind you, looked like the scribblings of a 12yr old. Their professional take on what was a rudimentary vision quickly took shape into a one of a kind, state of the art distillery. Highly reccomended. Punctual, efficient, trustworthy.
