My package was all messed up, even the powder coat brackets, are all chipped up and messed up like this package has been around for a very long timeliterally wrapped in tape to keep the box together I get no instructions no stickers nothing which is not a big deal to me I know how to do the kit, but if somebody else might not
- ZCZach CoffeyAug 27, 20255.0The kit I bought obviously needs to be installed by a professional, it's very well built and I'm super impressed with how well my chevy drives after putting on the 4/6 lowering kit! I will definitely do it for my other truck once my stock bushings and suspension are shot.

On my last order , Steve went all out! Fast and reliable person to talk to. I recommend asking for him!
- JRJuan RodriguezMay 1, 20252.0Purchased a 3" front end drop kit to go with my 5" drop in the rear but was given a 4" front drop kit. I reached out with pictures of my truck(wheels and wells/fender showing gap differences) and receipt(email)to swap it out with correct items(receipt states 3" kit) since I wanted the 3/5 drop to have it level, but was instead "suggested" to put back on my factory shackles instead to make my truck level. Quality is great, and the first call was great . Unfortunately, I was given the wrong one, and it seems like they didn't want to make it right. Truck sits at a slight slant, which looks cool, but at the end of the day, I went for the 3/5, PURCHASED the 3" kit, but got a 4" kit.
- BWBilly WJul 17, 20232.0Ordered a 4/6 drop kit almost 2 weeks ago. I decided to call them to see if it had shipped this morning. There is a 2 to 4 week back order on my control arms which means my project is now on hold until pretty much September. I understand supply shortages but Had I known this I would have definitely just ordered from another company. 2 stars for now. I’ll update the review if the quality of the parts is better than the communication. I wouldn’t order anything from their website until you call and confirm you’ll be getting it within a reasonable amount of time.
