  I am a coordinator with Servpro of Worcester and we use Joe/DIY Mobile frequently for onsite storgage services with our customers. Joe is extremely accommodating with requests for certain days and times for drop off and pick up and always gets back to us within minutes.The staff always has the customers property and us in mind, when they ask where it should be dropped and what would make it easiest for us to pack contents. I would recommend DIY Mobile to anyone looking for a storage pod, the staff are extremely helpful and always endlessly kind of top of it!

  We thought we would rent a box for a few months while we had some renovations completed. Unfortunately we had a dishonest contractor who left us after demolition. Luckily we found a new contractor, but it would take six months to start. During all this time all our furniture is in a DIY Mobile Box. I feared there would be mice or other critters taking up residence in our furniture. Thirteen months later, we opened the box and moved our furniture back into our home. Everything is in great condition! We are so pleased with the DIY Mobile Box. It kept our belongings safe through zero degree days to 95 degree days. The box was so convenient to keep at our home. We could have not asked for a better product or company to deal with.

  Dropped off container and was quick to take MY money. After that took months to get them to pick up and still continues to bill. Customer service is not there BEST STRENGTH. CALL PODS

  We wanted to stage our house a bit to sell it. We needed a place to put our extra things during this time. DIY Mobile Box was the answer. They put a container in our driveway which let us move things in easily and on our own schedule (no traveling to some far-off storage site!). After our house sold we had a bit of time before we closed on our new house and moved in. We had finished filling the container with clothes and other smaller household items (movers took the furniture and other large stuff) and DIY Mobile Box picked up the container and held it at their site until we were ready to move in. Then they put it at the new house and we unloaded. This was especially helpful because the movers were booked and couldn't bring the things they had stored for 3 weeks! DIY's price is very reasonable and the convenience can't be beat! We would definitely use them again!
