  Cant say enough good things about Diversified. Responsive, fast, timely, and most importantly thorough. Its a good feeling when realtors who have been selling homes in this area for 50+ years know Diversified as "the trusted source of unbiased inspecting". Keep up the excellent work Diversified!

  We just recently came under contract on a new home, and began shopping around for a home inspection. We ended up choosing Diversified Home Inspections because they were the only inspectors that we contacted that provided not only a general main inspector, but a licensed roofer as well as a licensed termite inspector. Our inspection was completed by Jason Szprya and was super polite. I've heard issues where buyers may have questions during the inspection but are either ignored or encouraged not to get in the way. Jason was completely transparent with us, as well as the seller's agent. He was open to questions and took time out of his routine to look at issues we were concerned with. After his inspection, he sat down with us and went over everything in person and opened up to even more questions. We received our reports in less than 24 hours after completion. We had absolutely no complaints, other than Jason is so good he found stuff even we didn't see - but that's not really a complaint. Would recommend.
