Update: They came back after I deleted my initial review as that was their demand to me before they were to even consider coming back. They were here for two days and created more damage to our pool, fence, and siding. They should’ve come back months ago, and even that wouldn’t have been needed if they fixed things as they were addressed. Update: in recent correspondences with my mom, they essentially told her they weren’t even going to so much as come back here until I delete this review. I’m not going to do that, this review is as honest as they come. If you wanted to make it right youd be back here tearing up the poor quality work that was done and redoing all of it. But this company has zero integrity so that hasn’t been the case. In any case, This is not a proper outcome for a $20,000+ job. The amount of stress that this project has caused in our home is insane. The fact that this company believes they aren’t in the wrong is laughable. response to their reply: neither of my parents are happy about the outcome of this, you didn’t fix hardly any of the things they had complaints about, you just said the coloring and sealing would take care of it, it didn’t. My step father is completely colorblind, meaning he only sees different shades of black and white and grey, he can’t see all of the things my mom and I can that look bad with this patio. You’re outright lying, we all understood that you wouldn’t get the rest of the payment until the job was done. My stepfather and I had a talk with the owner of all of the things we wanted fixed before they colored and sealed the overlay. They also keep trying to say the cut lines look bad because they were following the original lines of the concrete pads underneath. We’ve lived here for 10 years. We know that the original lines were straight. None of the things in the pictures I took were fixed, they were just colored and sealed over. Try taking pictures from closer than our fence line. (This is an update, They had 3 perfect reviews made up after I posted mine. Trying to keep people from seeing the true nature of your company’s work huh?) If I could give less than one star I would. I was just reading reviews from years ago that have expressed the same issues we are having with them with the stamped overlay job they just “finished”. The owner loves to blame the poor quality of their work on our ignorance as people who don’t know about pouring concrete. His response to our valid concerns were all pushed aside for his own ego about his 20 plus years of “experience”. If the customer isn’t happy with the end result during any part of the process, a professional would listen to those concerns, own up to the sloppy work his employees did on our property, and make it right. The only thing he was apologetic about was the cigarette butts and food garbage they all left all over our yard. It’s not our fault that they chose mostly days that it was raining at some point to work on concrete. They acknowledged that the rain messed up one of the sections, made it lighter than all the others, but did nothing to fix it. Just patched the spots that pooled up down to the original pad. My mom has sent most of the things I’ve addressed in messages to the company and their responses are all as disingenuous as they are in the reviews on here. Oh, and on their last day here they sprayed acetone sealer without warning, without sealing the back door. My dogs were laying by the door and I could smell the fumes coming in very strongly. I had a reaction and I’m grateful that my dogs didn’t, no thanks to distinctive concrete. Don’t hire these people unless you want to be disappointed every step of the way. And if you do, be prepared to have every single concern swiped away by the OWNER. They don’t care about the outcome for the customer, whether you’re happy or not they’ll come here for your money and leave.
