RUN. This place is an absolute disgrace to early childhood education.
If you care even a little bit about your child’s safety, development, or basic hygiene—do not send them here. This preschool is the textbook definition of lazy, neglectful, and money-hungry.
Ratios? They routinely violate them. Classrooms are overcrowded with too few adults watching far too many kids. And the worst part? The people running the rooms aren’t even qualified. They throw untrained, uncredentialed staff in with groups of children and expect them to “figure it out.” It’s dangerous, it’s illegal, and they don’t care.
Sanitation is an ongoing joke. Classrooms are filthy, toys are rarely cleaned, and I’ve seen food served in unsanitary conditions more than once. Diapers go unchanged too long, classrooms smell like dirty diapers, and sickness spreads constantly because basic hygiene isn’t enforced.
The “snack menu” they post for parents? 100% fake. What the kids actually get is nothing but processed junk—Goldfish, graham crackers, dry cereal—every single day. No fruit, no variety, no nutrition. Just empty carbs and sugar passed off as food. It’s lazy and dishonest.
They sweep licensing violations under the rug like it’s standard practice. Management is fully aware of what’s going on but turns a blind eye—unless tuition is late. Then suddenly, they’re responsive. It’s crystal clear: they only want your money. Your child is just a number to them.
If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about children, fosters learning, and prioritizes safety—this is not it. Save yourself the regret and look elsewhere.

Our son has been attending Discovery Isle since he was 4 months old and the teachers in the Infant Care room have taken such great care of him! As new parents we have learned so much from his amazing teachers who have so much experience and expertise when it comes to all the changes babies go through especially in their first year of life! The teachers send photos and videos of our son throughout the day which always bring a smile to our faces. There is also an app where we can send messages to the teachers and they do such a great job with answering all our questions and giving us recommendations. Thank you Ms. Carly, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Alicia, Ms. Rocio, Mrs. Rosa, Ms. Elizabeth, Ms. Natalie and Principal Megan for all your hard work and the exceptional care you provide to our son every day! You ladies are the best!

My daughter has been going here since she was 3.5 months old in the Infant Center. Her teachers in that class were awesome. She is now in the toddler class (Classroom 3) with Ms. Meghan and Ms. Vicky. She loves being here and loves her friends. All of the teachers and staff are very supportive and kind. They all know my daughter's name, which is so great. She has so many opportunities to learn and create art and friendships here.

We had a great experience at this school. The staff is very friendly, and the school goes above and beyond with activities for the kids and families. The classrooms are large which allows kids to have a lot room to explore and play. The playground is nice and spacious as well. Kids can run, ride bikes, play in the sand or play structure. We liked that this school is not overly strict and is sensitive to diverse personalities. We highly recommend this school.

My 3 y.o. son started here in January, and it has been such a wonderful experience for him. He is excited to go to school every day, and DI does a fantastic job at providing a balance of education and play. Ms. Gisell and Ms. Nina are amazing teachers who really care for their students, and Ms Megan (principal) and the front office staff are always welcoming and helpful. We are so happy to have found such a great place for our son to learn and grow.
