  Recently my shifter cable failed on my 2007 Toyota Corolla and I was stranded. I really didn't know where to have it towed to, so I googled local transmission repair shops here in Tulsa and Discount Transmission was one of the results. I always read reviews thoroughly and Discount Transmission had tons of great 5 star reviews. I took a chance with them and I am SO glad I did!! Chris and all the staff were very friendly, extremely professional and prompt. I received a fair estimate later that same day and they had my car ready by the following day. I work in the health care profession and a lot of people depend on me and my car. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work they performed. Chris even did a follow-up call to make sure everything was performing right. I WILL definitely utilize their services again when I should have need to. Excellent-Very customer friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs... Thanks a million Discount Transmission and kudos to Chris and all the staff!!

  Took me car in to do a transmission rebuild, said 7 to 10 days.. took them over a month to get my vehicle back to me. Now it been over 2 months I just realized they had to take my intake assembly out to get to some transmission bolt, they jist hung the intake assembly back in with 2 missing bolt, was wondering why I was getting a air code. The assembly was just in there and came apart from driving around everything was loose. I called and told them and of course first thing was to try to say they dont take the manifold off which I said air intake assembly, told me to take it back in, but no, cant trust them if they try to divert it already. I dont recommend this place to anyone. They will say they waiting on parts like everyone has 5 cars sitting at home to drive to work. That why I didnt bring it back to them, took it else where to get intake assembly put in right
