- ACAlex CrowstonSep 18, 20251.0They installed and leveled my floors with a 10 year warranty. They said they wouldn’t honour the warranty if they didn’t do the levelling. Now, the floors are ripping apart at the seams, they are falling apart. They refuse to answer my calls or emails. This will be taken to litigation I guess. Do Not Use This company. If you’re a family your kids will get hurt on these floors. Me and my whole family has already.
