  I've called twice today, and first time got placed on hold for 15 mins the second time I was going on 30 mins, and nobody ever answered or checked in. Nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Edit in response to owners response: It is 9:01 CST. I have never received a call back. I've had this number and been with you guys for over 10+ years with progressive and have had the same number for the last 7 years. If you have an answering system you could of just called me back on the number I called twice on. Or clicked over after holding so long to make sure you still would be getting to me.
