I ordered the king crab boil which comes with sausage, egg and corn and I added hush puppies. The server was very sweet and nice hence 2 stars for her service. The hush puppies came out first. Perfectly brown on the outside. A crumbly ball of uncooked corn meal on the inside. They clearly were not mixed well and cooked too fast. The king crab was tough like rubber. The boil does not come in a bag. The food is placed on a pan and the sauce poured over it. So you could see in the spots with no sauce the crab was over cooked and brown, not white. I get it that the king isn't ordered as much. It looked and tasted like it was cooked earlier and sitting in an oven or under a warmer until I came in. But the sauce was fabulous. Thick and flavorful. It can easily cover the imperfections of the food. The biggest problem was the sausage was raw. Again, it was cooked too fast. Outside was nicely brown but inside was raw! When I told the server. She asked me to put the sausage in a cup. She took it back to the cooks who brought the same cup out and said the meat was fine, it was just the color. I asked, how did he check? Did they pick it up with their fingers, play with it and then you brought it back out to me to eat?!!! $110 for poorly cooked food. But maybe come and order the sauce and take it to another seafood restaurant.
