I've spent many a hundreds of dollars in this store over the past few years. The other day, I was in the area so I checked online for hours which lead me to read a few reviews.... I'm glad I did because I went in and found a few items I'd like and as per the past reviews, I decided to check prices. Amazon was cheaper on a new 3/8 ratchet over their reconditioned one. So I checked a couple other larger items and they are 20 to 40 dollars higher than Amazon...Buyer beware, its cool to look at all the new tools and gadgets but do that, look, Google and save your money.

To me as a DIY homeowner, the savings are not big enough for a special trip, and it's hard to find - it's near the Restoration Hardware outlet. The tools tend to be blemished or restored, and not always the newest models - many don't have brushless motors. I'd rather just wait for a Home Depot sale. Best reason to go there is returning a Ryobi tool for warranty service. They packed and shipped mine and gave me a coupon for percentage off one item purchased that day. But it might be really nice for someone just starting out.

Huge disappointment. They have much better deals online. Everything in the store was maybe 10% off, Home Depot is cheaper in most cases. I watched 5 people walk in and leave without pushing anything. That’s sad, TTI.
