So refreshing to go to a store where the employees actually take time to knowabout the products and help you. Jayce made me feel like I was the only customer there and found me the perfect deal. I'll never buy a ryobi at home depot again. Not to mention...the prices are better here!!

Had an unfortunate experience. Purchased a reconditioned product for $60, the very next day I got an email with that same product on sale for $35. I called the store and asked for a credit and they basically told me too bad. What horrible customer service.
