  Customer service was responsive. I guess getting back to biz after the holidays they were a bit slow on the phone to complete the transaction. . Everything else was great.

  Wow! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MIKE @ DIRECT MOBILE TRANSIT!!!!! My daughter who has severe special needs and lives in a pediatric nursing home was having a graduation party on Sunday, Father’s Day - paratransit doesn’t run to where I live on Sundays, and all the private companies were filled due to the holiday. I left two messages with the company, not having much hope… but got a call the evening before! Mike said they usually don’t run on Sundays but he would since it was a special occasion!!!! Can’t thank him enough for making any exception to the rule and making this milestone in my daughters life more momentous! Much appreciated! He is as also very careful with my child, and took much care!

  The drivers were careful, and courtious. We got out of the appointment and they were able to come early. They arrived on time. The office was great and easy to schedule the transport.l highly recommend them to everyone!

  It was a wonderful experience. I mainly dealt with Mike, who was assisted by his manager, Chuck. I needed transportation to and from funeral services for my father, but, unfortunately, because I'm a bariatric patient, I was having difficulty finding transportation. I was given Direct Mobile Transits name by a representative, Jon, from Mobility Works, who, at the last minute, couldn't provide me with transportation. Thankfully, Jon gave me Direct Mobile's number and I am thrilled to say that I am going to be with my family to say good-bye to my father. Thank you all!!
