  I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a company. When Diggs Excavation came to work at my neighbor’s property, their crew parked a broken-down dump truck in my driveway without asking. The truck’s battery died, and instead of moving it or notifying me, they started loading it right there. No knock on my door, no courtesy. When I asked them to move it, they claimed they couldn’t — until I insisted. The following day, one of their workers came early and banged the buckets of their equipment loudly and repeatedly, clearly out of spite. I raised the issue with the boss, who promised to handle it, but nothing changed. To make matters worse, the next day they dumped dirt that covered my truck in dust, and when I asked who I should invoice for a car wash, the crew laughed at me. These men were not respectful, not cordial, and certainly not professional. They sat around doing very little, acted spitefully, and showed no concern for the people affected by their work. Based on my experience, they are lazy, incompetent, and overcharge for poor service. I would strongly caution anyone against hiring Diggs Excavation. Oh and before I could even complete this review they did even more outrageous things. They proceeded to dust everyone’s house and car with dirt dust when they could’ve and should’ve used a push broom they used a blower.

  Called them asking about concrete removal. The woman on the phone was HIGHLY unprofessional. Very short, rude, and even took it upon herself to curse me on the phone when I asked why she didn’t lead with “we’re booked until June”, which would have saved the course of the entire conversation. I should have expected something of the sorts given all the negative reviews prior.

  If I could give less than a one star I would. I was driving on the highway and had to go around there truck bc they were in the fast lane not going with the flow of traffic. As I went around a rock flew off the truck and cracked my windshield. I tried flagging down the driver and he didn’t see me, so I called the truck # and the owner Gretchen said “it is a road hazard and she can’t do anything about it so yeah..” her exact words. This is not how you should handle this situation bc now I have a cracked windshield and it isn’t from anything I did. And now what I have to pay for it bc it’s not Gretchen’s problem? Would definitely not recommend this company being that the owner could careless ab the people having to deal with her company.

  I called this company to repave my driveway - months ago. They kept saying that they would show up, never did. I never had any work done by this company, but the fact that they came to my house, wrote me a contract (which I signed and returned to them within the week) and never came to my house to do the promised work, or kept me up to date with a call or email, shows a generally lack of interest and care. I will not call Digs again and I would not recommend them. ** A rep from this company did call me, and offered her apologies.
