  Agreed with below review. It has gone downhill. I work up the street and have ran a cafe and been a barista for almost 20yrs. I was very disappointed when I grabbed my kiddo some food recently. I was shocked with the attitude that was given. She acted like it was the end of the world to grab a bagel and iced tea. :/ Pretty sure she has been there awhile as well or possibly a manager by now. I get people have bad days but unfortunately your job requires you to be upbeat and happy even if your not. Fake it or make it! If not get your shift covered. For my kids to even notice the disrespectful tone and demeanor then thats a issue. Unfortunately this hasn't been the first time from her. It happens often as I have had employees stop by as well and had similar experiences. Buisness has died down alot it seems. (Always empty when i go by now). Hopefully this location can do better. :/

  Not sure what happened but coffee is worse than starbucks. need to train baristas better. The espresso shot was not made right.
