  If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Food was terrible service was terrible, I am surprised that they even allow a place like this to stay open.

  DiBella’s is absolutely amazing! I get a blt or Philly cheese steak and it’s amazing every time!

  I had a 50% off coupon and it took them a while to process it. Then 15-20 minutes after I ordered, someone came over and asked what I wanted on the veggie sub because they hadn’t even started on it! I had said everything that usually comes on it from the website and they didn’t add everything, and they also didn’t toast it like I asked either! It was cold and the bread was mushy! And barely any condiments! No condiments were put AT ALL on the Philly sub ordered either! This place is an unprofessional disaster. First and last time I will ever step foot near them. Just because I have a coupon doesn’t mean you give me 25% the service of what I ordered. And similar reviews have similar comments and I’m sure they paid full price for this garbage. Major regret coming here.

  Walked in at 8:20pm just now told me I can’t order a sub even though hours say they are open till 9pm. Bad customer service will not be coming back

  The customer service during my visit was very disappointing. My order was missing all the toppings I had requested, which I understand can be an honest mistake. However, when I politely raised the issue, the employees made me feel like I was the problem and even spoke negatively about me within earshot which is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
