Then 15-20 minutes after I ordered, someone came over and asked what I wanted on the veggie sub because they hadn’t even started on it! I had said everything that usually comes on it from the website and they didn’t add everything, and they also didn’t toast it like I asked either! It was cold and the bread was mushy! And barely any condiments! No condiments were put AT ALL on the Philly sub ordered either! This place is an unprofessional disaster. First and last time I will ever step foot near them. Just because I have a coupon doesn’t mean you give me 25% the service of what I ordered. And similar reviews have similar comments and I’m sure they paid full price for this garbage. Major regret coming here.
