  While I do like this place and their food, the last two times I've gone have been poor experiences.

  Absolute nightmare, they had 2 people working lunch rush arguing the whole time, then after arguing and losing orders they lost mine! Spent my whole lunch at work watching these goons

  I went rushing there from Cromwell cause they close at 9p. I got there at 8:49p and they locked the doors!

  7/24/25 …. Walked in to place an order as usual and see a mouse on the floor running around so I got grossed out and walked out just to let people know. I phoned in the next day speaking to the manager and she told me that she knows about this problem that there’s mice she informed her corporate manager that there’s a rodent problem which they said they had hired an exterminator. She also mentioned that they passed the state and towns health inspection, which was a week ago that she mentioned. Be careful you might get sick. It’s too bad I used to like this place But now I’ll never go there again.

  First couple of years I went there was met with great sandwiches and friendly staff. Unfortunately, both have gone downhill.
