    Ordered a Caesar salad as I'm trying to eat healthier. Most of the lettuce was beginning to go bad and there were several slimy pieces buried in the middle. No time to go back in and ask for a refund, because they appear to be short staffed and I was pressed for time. This place used to be a 5 star estaishment. Very disappointing.

    I ordered food to be delivered to my parents who are disabled and live in a senior living facility. I wrote in the delivery note “Please come up to apartment (number) - we are disabled and cannot come downstairs.” I also tipped 20% for their trouble. The delivery driver promptly ignored this note and my parents did not get their food until well after it was delivered because there was no one to deliver it. Thank goodness for the kindness of neighbors. But I will NEVER order for delivery or tip again.

    Service at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. We have never we been here before and she was kind and patient while we made our order. The food came out fast and was fresh!

    Sat there waiting for my order, no one called it had to go and ask got home. My wife's sandwich was not right, ordered, spicy Italian, got a Godfather, my sandwich had no freaking meat, just as bad as Subway. And I'm 20 minutes away, I couldn't go back

    Dibella is my all time favorite place to eat. This Dibella in particular I have eaten at an average of probably 2x per week for probably 15 years... Yea that's over 1,500 meals. One thing I like most about dibellas is the speed. Walk in, place order, wait in line to pay, and by the time you pay your food is ready. I could get in, eat and be out in less than 30 mins. It was awesome. Yesterday I arrived and they botched this model by changing the layout and customer flow/experience. Now you arrive and wait in a 15 min line to place your order at the opposite end of the restaruant. Customers waiting in line, paying, and waiting for food are tightly clustered in the same area instead of of being dispersed along the length of the serving counter. Then you wait another 15 mins while they make your food because they didn't start making it until after you waited in a long slow line. The efficiency is completely gone. If I had to guess this is a reaction to an employee issue that punishes customers and the customer experience. Ive only ever purchased 10" subs at a Dibella, but 50% of the time your employee rings it up as the smallest sub and knocks $10 off the price. At first I thought it was an honest mistake... Then I thought they were hooking up a regular... Now I think you have/had employees that don't care and intentionally ring up cheaper orders on purpose. Either way the customer is punished by your new model. Due to the extended waiting times under this new workflow, I can no longer eat here for lunch and will be finding somewhere new today. I'll definitely miss the food though ☹️
