  It was busy, with people making great food. The interior of the place resembles a diner, it has the atmosphere of one.

  This place has got to get its stuff together. Took a number and stood in line for 22 minutes. During that time they didn’t take a single order! I never got to place my order, as I spent my 30 minute lunch period waiting in line and not a single order was taken. At least 20 people walked in, saw the line and left. At least 10 people left the line before I left. Absolutely Fortnite service. No one spoke to customers, no one took an order, no one even tried to provide any kind of customer service. I’ll never go back to this location.

  Walked 15 minutes from my hotel to make it here at 8:30 and door locked. Hours listed til 9 pm. I remember this was a great place in Rochester NY.

  Placed online order at 12:15. They said it would be done at 12:32. I waited till 12:45 before I asked for update on food. I was told that I'm asking stupid questions. I was told that I had an attitude. I was told everything except the update on my sandwich. They were serving people who placed hot food orders at the register quicker than they serve people who made online orders. There were 10 of us waiting including door dash and Uber. Don't go there if the hairless man dressed in all black uniform making sandwiches is there. He is disrespectful and doesn't know only stupid question is one not asked. The cashier was nice.

  Had a hankering for a good cheesesteak sandwich. Used the online app and it was super easy to customize and order. They had my sandwich ready 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and work fast. I hot the Medium 10” and it eas stuffed with fresh grilled meats and grilled mushrooms, onions and peppers. The tasted was great and filled me up. If you are down town and want a great sandwich option, try this place.
