  We've been going to this location since it opened, but we're done. Three out of the last five times we've picked up from here, there's been a problem. One time, they put the wrong meats on the wrong bread on BOTH subs. Another time, we get the subs home (wife works in the area, but we live 10 miles away) and there's no meat at all on one of the subs! Last Friday, I order a Dagwood which is supposed to have corned beef and they put roast beef on it. I called and got my money refunded, great, but I'd rather have my order correct the first time. The crew obviously doesn't read the tickets, or even the ingredient list for the subs they're making - they rarely follow any special instructions, either. Management doesn't care enough about the customers to properly train their employees to prevent these issues..read the other reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this. DiBella's should be embarrassed to run a restaurant this way.

  This place is just average and not the best sub you'll ever have. It might be good for Rochester or Western NY but it's average for Central Ohio. DiBella's is an 8-8 football team failing to make a wild card birth.

  It was ok. I have had better. Meats and cheese were not all the way to the end of the sandwich. This is just my honest opinion.

  Sandwich tasted decent and service was prompt but the food was 70% bread and the toppings listed for Dagwood were not added.

  You have to wait in the long lines for a mobile order…. That’s crazy. Waited 10 minutes in a line for a sub already made. Grown man with a handlebar mustache in the big year of 2025 giving me attitude over a sub is crazy work haha.
