Jesse has helped me and my family so much. We were involved in a car accident that left us with no vehicle we came in dreading to purchase a car but he made the whole experience so easy for us. He got us in and out in a decent amount of time and was so polite and professional. I recommend him to all of my friends and family now to be honest. He will be our forever car guy. To whom it may concern, I had recently went in for a routine oil change for my 2025 Honda CRV Sport. I also brought up my concern regarding my AC not being fully powerful and making a puttered sound as if it’s going to shut off. They checked it out and reported everything looked good. However, my AC will be very low when the setting it set to high, and now shuts off randomly and won’t turn back on for some time. I have changed the air filter, as it was noted to be dirty. And yet, now the AC will completely shut off! They need to keep my car and do an extensive inspection because I need my new 2025, fixed. This is unacceptable how it was just brushed off when I expressed my concerns. I now have video footage of how it sounds and when it’s on and no air is coming out. My vehicle is still under warranty, so this needs to be fixed ASAP.

Diamond Valley Honda pressured me into buying the KARR security system when I purchased my truck. Had no other option since it was already installed. That system ended up causing serious computer failures — my truck even shut off at 65 mph on the freeway with my kids inside.
I brought it in several times, paid for repairs that didn’t fix the issue, and only after months did management admit the aftermarket KARR system was the real cause. Once it was removed, my truck finally worked correctly.
When I went back for the refund their own service team told me to request, I was told “all sales are final.” They refused to stand by their word and even suggested reinstalling the same system that made my truck unsafe.
This dealership sold me a dangerous product, charged me for failed repairs, and refused accountability. Buyer beware!!!

Went there to make a deal on a crv hybrid today after getting a price online. The usual bait and switch tactics that I've come to dread from only bad car dealers. I had a good quote from their online department and when i showed sales rep Jonathan the quote, he said no way any dealer would advertise a price that low. I was pretty let down to say the least. I even showed him the quote from diamond valley and he kinda just shrugged it off. I asked to speak to the manager and he came out and literally would not budge from selling me the vehicle at MSRP plus full fees and taxes. He wouldn't even work with me to start negotiating. I was fully prepared to walk out with a car from them. Anyways, i ended up finding the car i wanted from another who was willing to negotiate and will be picking up the car tomorrow. You are losing serious buyers/customers with a full lot of over 40 crvs if no one will even start negotiations on your sales team. I was truly let down today.
