We have worked with other builders before and never experienced this level of service. Even our realtor was pleasantly surprised by how easy they were to work with. Chandler and Nick are just really thorough, kind, and thoughtful people which makes all the difference. They really put care into the home and have been very quick to respond to any issues or questions that have come up since the purchase. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for projects!

Chandler Dewitt and Nick Jones were great to work with, very professional and dealt with my concerns. Their crews worked diligently and took extra care to keep the construction dust downstairs. Now in 2025 they have replaced my deck and front railing and we are preparing for a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. I’m working with Chandler DeWitt and Nick Jones with this project. They are very organized, respond to emails, texts and phone calls promptly and are helpful, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. I recommend this company for interior and exterior updating and remodeling needs!

Chandler got my sense of the style I wanted and Nick kept the project on schedule and on budget. I dont have anything negative to say. Chandler and Nick were patient answering our questions, made good suggestions, and were excellent communicators. We never wondered when a contractor would show up or what the next steps would be as they sent weekly updates and would quickly communicate any changes in scheduling. Our project was completed earlier than anticipated, and stayed right on budget! We would definitely hire them again.
