- RGR GMay 2, 20215.0I requested estimates for a bathroom sink replacement from several companies but decided to go with Diamond Head Plumbing, not because they provided the lowest estimate but more so because they were the most professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about the estimate that was emailed to me, so a couple of technicians were sent to my residence to do an inspection. The office sent me a follow-up estimate that was higher than the first; however, it was consistent with what I discussed with the technicians who did the inspection. On the appointed day, technician Chris Robinson arrived on time wearing a mask and practicing proper social distancing. Chris did an excellent job and took the time to explain what he did. The payment process was also quick and easy. I can’t see Diamond Head from my home, but I called Diamond Head Plumbing anyway and am glad I did!
