    We have had our AC units maintained annually for years with DG Services. This year 3 weeks after having our air handler unit serviced in the attic we had water pouring through the ceiling and fans on the second floor. We called and initially my wife was told they would get someone out in 2-3 weeks from Tanner. I called and Tanner had someone out later that day. When the technician came he said the drain lines were completely plugged and had not been cleaned by the other tech 3 weeks earlier. There were also switches that should have shut the unit off when water flooded the area and those had never been checked in the annual visit and therefore never stopped the flood from occurring. Grace the owner was in Europe and I asked that she call me upon her return and I have not heard back from her yet. I have called daily to speak with her leaving messages 2-3 times a day. As a matter of fact Tanner the gentleman answering the phone when he sees my caller id answers the phone "hello" no company name and then the standard answer "she will call in 5 min" or "she will call by the end of the day". No response as of yet 3 weeks later. Imagine my surprise when they sent a bill for "an emergency" visit to the house to fix what they hadn't done before in the maintenance I paid for. They are the ones that will receive a bill for the repairs to the house caused by there tech not doing the service we paid for. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

    Have been a customer of theirs for 8 years. Had yearly service on two systems. Was pricey but, I continued with them. This year the beginning of May I called for my yearly appointment. No answer or the answering service picked up the call. Again and again, no response. Finally Grace the owner responded telling me they can’t even give me an appointment to call back June 1st and hung up on me rudely. I called when I was told to, no answer no answer no answer. I got another company to service me (appointment could made with ease), when the new company came, my systems were a mess with some cleaning never being done even though I paid for it all these years. They may have been good one upon a time when the husband was alive , but they area far cry from anything that would be described as competent. That’s how they treated me. Buyer beware.
