I had an outstanding experience with DFW Bug From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. The technician arrived right on time, clearly explained what he was doing, and addressed every concern I had about the pest issue. Within days, I noticed a major improvement — and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved.
Their customer service is top-notch, their pricing is fair, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines expertise, reliability, and genuine care for their customers the way DFW Bug does. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable and effective pest control.

I called DFW Bug after seeing their ad in the Yellow Pages. I suspected there were termites in my pergola and asked for an inspection. David came the very next day and confirmed the termites. He went over treatment plans for the termites and for pest control which were extremely reasonable. Much cheaper than I had expected. He came two days later and installed the termite abatement system and sprayed my house and yard. Since the day he left my house and yard have been pest free. Thank you David! I highly recommend DFW Bug to anyone needing pest control.

They came out immediately after calling them to deal with scorpions in my home. Anytime I saw any bug after treatment, which was rare, they came back and treated.
