  Splendid! That describes the whole process from selection, purchase, and installation of our new carpet. Jim DeWaard probably knows more about carpet--brands, characteristics, applicability, etc.--than anyone in the region. The other Jim, who did the installation, knew his craft very well. The installation is beautiful and he is the type of craftsman I like to work with. He always arrived when he said he would. Jim met his timeline--install downstairs carpet Monday; stairway, loft, and hall on Tuesday; two bedrooms on Wednesday. He worked alone wasting no time, and cleaned up as he went. He was always friendly and courteous. Overall, this was the best purchase and installation we've experienced due to Jim & Jim. Well done you guys. Thanks. We strongly recommend DeWaard Interiors to anyone seeking new flooring.

  Great experience and Great people here to get your interior remodel done! We ordered carpet and it looks great, feels great, and install was quick. Jim helped explain the various styles and benefits of certain types. The next phase is getting our kitchen countertops done, and will use DeWaard Interiors for them as well. Solid Choice!

  From initial contact, to meeting with Chris and his Father Jim, who by the way is an incredibly kind and engaging person, everything has been perfect. The time Chris spent with us perfecting everything needed, to ordering, to working with us being out of town, to the anticipated delivery and installation; has been top notch. We are excited to see the finished product having full confidence Chris and his team will do an exeptional job. Thank you again for all of your time and efforts!! I look forward to talking "Car Talk" with Jim :) Had to add update. The install and product, as expected, were perfect. You simply cannot go wrong with Dewaard interiors. Incredible job!!

  Chris was kind and professional from the moment of our in-home consultation through the end of the install process. Our window treatments are beautiful and function perfectly for our spaces. Thankful for his great work! Would highly recommend!
