    Daniqua was very respectful and understanding standing every time I was at the dealership or called for information on my 2023 Sportage . She was much more knowledgeable than the person that whom I had dealt with in August of 2024 when I first had the issue with my car and embarrassed me in front of the service counter when I asked why I had to pay for an oil change on my vest when the service dept were the ones that drained the oil. There should be more understanding people like Daniqua working at the service department. Sincerely JoAnn

    Leased a car on a whim, best experience ever! Just driving through the parking lot looking at Sportage colors when one of their reps, Jay Anderson asked us if we needed anything, we started chatting and a random Sportage being driven by another employee went by and we said "that's the one, we want that one!" Jay made it happen, and fast! Even came in the following day, his day off, and made sure we were in and out in a jiffy, super helpful and friendly, as was our finance guy Juan! Highly recommend Destination Kia and especially the guys that helped us make it happen!!

    I recently purchased a new car from Destination Kia and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My husband had bought one earlier this year and had an excellent experience. That is why he recommended I work with Issiah, the salesperson he had. I found Issiah to be friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle without pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained the features clearly. He even introduced me to Marshall, head of service, who couldn’t have been nicer. Financing was fast and simple, and the car was ready for pickup exactly as promised—clean, full of gas, and ready to drive. Our family highly recommends Issiah to anyone looking for a car. P.S. They even have great popcorn!

    OMG!! Isaiah and Juan were fantastic! We had to work most of the deal over the phone, and they were extremely patient and helpful; understood I had a top ten of wants and were able to meet most, if not all of them. They explained all the numbers in a way that I could follow, they new I was on a tight budget and they found the car deal I wanted. When I arrived I was met with professionalism and care; Isaiah came and introduced himself, and the gentleman that would walk us through some of the paperwork, then I met with Juan, to go over the paying part; very thorough processes and again very professional, Isaiah walked me through connecting phone and car and some of the need to knows. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish!

    When entered the service area, felt like I was transparent. No one acknowledged me. After waiting a few minutes, a man turned to me and advised l will be attended to shortly . Not the first time I have had this experience. ( feeling invisible ).The person that checked me in was pleasant. I mentioned I will not be waiting for the car. I was told I would receive a call when ready for pickup. I asked how long would it take for my car to get serviced. I was advised 1 and 1/2 hours. Never received a call. I tried calling twice and was sent to voicemail. The mailbox was full. I took a chance arriving at 5 . My car was ready. Not knowing what the status was, I had to cancel an appointment later that day.
