- CCChing-Jung ChangJun 20, 20245.0This place is such a gem! After the Baby R’Us and Nordstrom closed, it was really difficult to check out many baby gears in person before making such big purchase. This place offers in person consultation appointments so one can ask questions and try out the feel of car seats and strollers. This is rare in today’s market as retail stores are fighting to stay open. Gina and Bryan are both super nice and knowledgeable. They also have their own YouTube channel, which I also recommend! Gina, the YouTube host made a good point about keeping up with the available products on the market even if they do not sell it themselves. This really helps me feel good about them knowing all the pros and cons of what makes a product worth it’s value. For example, they do not sell Graco car seats, but they discuss the Geaco car seats on their YouTube channel so one came make informed choice on comparing their products to the popular options on the market. My husband and I have purchased our infant carrier, stroller, high chair, and convertible car seat from them thus far with our first born. I will continue to go back to them for my baby needs and recommend them to anyone I know!!! Thumbs up! P.s. Gina is a certified car seat technician. She will offer to install your purchased car seat if you can check in with her ahead of time with availability.

It was shipped right away and I received it the following week after ordering. After setting it up I already had a couple of questions come up and the response times from them have been phenomenal!
