Patrick made sure everything was in place and we got to use the same installers each time (who were kind, thoughtful and respectful). I highly recommend their products and professional services!

First, a site visit was taken for measurements. A carpet cut drawing was made. A second visit was made to check the site condition. The installation schedule was agreed on. The installation crew arrived on time, and completed it in a timely manner. I was pleased with the carpet and installation.

Cannot say enough good about Johnny Tucker - he is an A+++ salesman to work with! He got the details of what we wanted in a timely manner, and was kind, helpful, informative, and professional. The schedulers, measurers, and installers were all that way as well - stellar work ethics and very efficient. We were very happy with the end result (putting before and after photos in this review). All-around wonderful experience, and we will definitely work with them again in the future!
