  Requested a written report after their evaluation as I needed this for the contractors who were performing the repair work to fix the leak. FYI - I paid in full. The owner refused to provide it asked me to call/text the subcontractor. The subcontractor never responded after repeated requests. I tried the subtractor's "boss" and he never responded. I now have to start all over again and find another leak detection company. This is basic business etiquette 101, not rocket science Ralph. Now my wallet's leaking.

  This company showed up and said that the leak detection was guaranteed for 30 days if anything else seemed to leak. They found 2; when there we actually 3. Our pool repair people said there was another leak somewhere. So Desert Leak said he would come back to find where the 3rd leak was. But we would have to wait 3 days , putting the project on hold. He did not show up so we called. He acted as thought the phone connection was bad and hung up. We called him several times, he refused to reply after 6 to 7 call backs. The lying and dishonesty of this company set us back over a week on our repair. We had to call another leak detection company and pay them again to do the job that Desert Leak Detection should have done and didn’t. Please save yourself, time, money and nerves, use another honest and professional company!

  No show. Had an appointment scheduled between 8am-midday, but nobody arrived. Eventually answered their phone at 1pm, promised to be 30 minutes, I gave up waiting at 2.15pm.

  Slab leak found and Repaired.Thanks Ralph,I actually called on the weekend and was able to get service,Desert Leaks was the only company that actually answered my call on a Sunday, Recommended if you need fast and accurate Repair and Leak Detection

  Had an appointment scheduled and never showed up. Did not answer their phones. Would not recommend.
