  Desert Data Recovery and Nicky and Tim deserve a 10 star rating for recovering 2 terabytes of files lost to a dropped external hard drive! In an effort to consolidate my files into one place, I had just moved ALL of my photos, music, professional and personal files from 1999 to 2016 from my desktop, laptop, and various other external drives to this external drive. Then, the unthinkable happened...my foot caught the cords when I stood up from my desk and the drive smashed to the floor! The drive completely stopped working. This was a bad day. I'm so happy I found Desert Data Recovery as they were understanding, kind, professional and RECOVERED ALL OF MY FILES! I knew they were the right place when I discovered they have their own clean room and complete repairs in house. I'm extremely relieved and unbelievably happy!

  A little late getting this review out. But had an amazing experience with Desert Data. My computer crashed this summer will ALL my work data on it and I was incredibly concerned that I wasn't going to be able to get anything back. They were able to recover everything and went above and beyond! Appreciate them so much!

  I called desert data recovery because i took my hard drive to another computer company who charged me to get my data off and everything they got me was useless. Nothing opened up, So i spent a few hours calling data recovery places and most of them seemed outrages. Then i called Desert Data Recovery and spoke too nicky who was extremely nice and she said. I can drop off my hard drive for a free estimate and if they cant get the data back it wont cost me anything. So i dropped it off around 3pm and the next morning i got a call and she said she would be able to recover most of my data I WAS EXCITED!! and happy!!! no one wants to lose there data :( and the price was so reasonable compared to the other companies. I didn't feel pressured into following through with it she said " If you would like you can get your data back and gave me a reasonable quote " Another thing i liked about Desert Data Recovery they sent me a email of all the files they were able to recover so i could see the names basically i could see what i was getting back. Unlike the last company i went with. Who put everything on a drive and when i got home nothing worked and i was out of my money. Im so happy i got everything back and they were so nice and understanding. I brought my hard drive in and had everything back within a few days. and nicky was so sweet that i asked her if i coud get the files that were in my trash can and instead of going back out there to phoenix she mailed me a USB stick with my files. I highly recommend nicky and tim and if anything ever fails on me again ill be going back to them. They are reasonable and treat you like a person not just another customer like the last place i went too, And the estimate didn't cost me anything. Thank you tim and nicky you were wonderful and i can see why they have such great reviews

  They saved my butt on an external drive that failed and got the data back to me quickly and for the cost they originally quoted.

  Tim Homer was great to work with. Desert Data Recovery, retrieved all of my data, and really got me out of a bind. His work and professionalism was greatly appreciated!
