  Their purchase/claim process is a joke. I purchased a large item and was given a claim ticket to pick it up at a later date. That was Monday, I return on Wednesday with my claim ticket to be told that it was sold to someone else. The manager only offered to refund, but that’s obvious if the item is not there. I specifically asked the procedure when I purchased the item… I do not recommend this store and their ethics.

  I love this store but management needs to do something about all these resellers just hoarding the aisles literally have groups of people just waiting for the carts to come out. It literally makes it hard to enjoy the store when managements has allowed these groups to come and do that. Other people want to enjoy looking but they have made friends with all the associates so they know what’s in the back have heard several associates telling the resellers what’s in the back for them!!! Not everyone is a reseller they need to do something about that they are all sitting on the chair just waiting it’s become less of my favorite store because of that!! Management do something about it!!! Resellers should go to goodwill bins instead of hoarding the aisles!

  Great place to find used clothing. Prices are lower than other second hand stores. All store merchandise departments are very clean and well organized.
