  It's as clean as one can expect a storage place to be. Employees were cheerful, welcoming, watchful without being nosey. It's secure. My son has had the same unit for many years now without problems! Thank you!

  I have been a customer here for over a year. Paul is so wonderful. Every time I call he is so happy and happy to help. I can't remember the manager's name but she is also a gem. I work near by is why I picked here and I am so glad I did!💛 Thank you DMWSS

  Very friendly and helpful staff made it super easy to sign up for a storage space last-minute. This is a very convenient facility for long-term vehicle storage if you're flying out of SeaTac, much cheaper and just a 10 minute ride to and from the airport. I recommend Des Moines Way Self Storage for anyone looking for a safe, secure, and convenient self storage location.

  The best storage unit I ever had. The staff is very helpful kind and considerate. I will rent from them again if I need storage.
