I’ve been a customer of Derrick’s State Farm team for over 20yrs. Thankfully I don’t have to call them often. Only on occasion when I have questions about my policy. Today I had the great pleasure of speaking with Melanie and Becca. I called to get a quote to add a potential vehicle. Melanie was so helpful in gathering the information and passing it on to Becca, who called back less than an hour after my initial call. While I didn’t get the kind of discount that I wanted at no fault of mell or Becca. Their service is phenomenal. Thank you for always providing exceptional customer service.

My car broke down in rush hour traffic got to side of road and called State Farm Rebecca went above and beyond to help me looking up tow companies, calling to see if I was ok.
