    Absolutely the best of the best. I've had back to back problems with my new dryer and they've been there on a moments notice. If a part needed to be ordered, they keep in touch for a status and that's much appreciated. Thanks guys. Thanks Dale.

    Hello everyone, so my fiancée called these people for repair on her appliance. The service charge was 100 dollars, which meant a “technician” drives to your home and simply takes a picture of the serial number and says “we will be in touch”. Afterwards the appliance repair is almost $1,000 dollars… combined with labor. They say that your 100 dollars will go towards it but why? The whole purpose of an “appliance repair” is for what? To avoid having to pay money for a brand new entire appliance. I went to the business and voiced my concerns and that a refund for the 100 should be given. If not then I will do whatever I can to inform people to never use this business again. The secretary even agreed with me and said many are very unhappy with their service and told me that the 100 dollars could be refunded. She also informed me that if a check was done then the check number should be on there, well it wasn’t. I told the lady “I feel that this was a scam, people are depending on you all to provide them with a service because they need your help.”the lady agreed and said she must speak to the owner first about the refund. Ten minutes later the owner calls me and accuses me of threatening them. I could not even speak to this gentleman at all, he was very irate and talked over me continuously. He threatened me with going to my supervisor to accuse me of threats. I informed him with “sir, I am a customer. If have an unsatisfactory concern then I bring it to you. That is not a threat sir.” He refused to give me my refund and hung up on me. Their office absolutely reeked of marijuana as well upon the secretary allowing me to come in. Ladies and gentlemen of CENLA? DO NOT use these people… I encourage all to spread this message. Take your business and your money elsewhere to people who enjoy providing you with a service and is honored to be receiving your money. Dependable Appliance is far from dependable or professional.

    Be prepared to wait. Guaranteed multiple appointments that they won't show up to. When asked they'll say they reached out to you but you didn't answer. They like the excuse that they are waiting on parts, and then oh the wrong one came in, and then oh that ome was broken. Ive never left a bad review nefore but this was the worst service experience ever. I was even told that "oh he may come out on Saturdays I'll give you his number so you can call and convince him". its been over a month and still waiting.

    Have a brand new Clothes dryer that I purchased in April. So the clothes dryer is basically brand new, it stopped heating. I called GE they called Dependable about a week after the dryers went down. Dependable shows up, put a part on it At the service, Tech got off of their truck note they did not have to order it. I already had the part on the truck. Two days later dryer goes out again same problem not heating up. I call and call and Get no response from Dependable appliance.. They don’t even have an answering machine to answer the calls. It’s like The phone call goes to an empty shop who nobody answers the phone.. So I called GE they tell me to call Dependable appliance I explained to the lady at GE and no one answer the phone. While I’m on the phone with her, she tells me to hold and she Cause Dependable, of course they answer the phone for GE remind you that my dryer is still under warranty so this is a warranty job for Dependable. They tell the lady they will have a service hand to call me.. So a service and does asking me what the problem is I tell him what the problem is that My dryer is not heating up brand new dryer. It’s under warranty and from Dependable appliance another service and replaced a part. It lasted for two days and it stopped again.. this guy says he’s gonna order the parts to fix it but he’s never came out to my house to look at the dryer. He said he will go off of what the other technician said the problem was and he’ll order new parts because the other technician just used the part that was on his truck that was probably used already. It’s been one month now still have not had a service hand come to my house to look at my dryer. I’m calling GE back today and demand a new dryer or at least demand a new service technician from another company not Dependable.
