Department of Teacher Education

The mission of the Department of Teacher Education is to promote excellence in education by preparing noble educators, engaging in educational scholarship, and serving in our communities. To succeed in this mission, we “provide an environment enlightened by living prophets and sustained by those moral virtues which characterize the life and teachings of the Son of God” (BYU Mission Statement).
