Noah, my agent, and his office people have gone “above and beyond” their normal duty to help me out, many times. When I first signed up with them, my former insurance company lapsed earlier than predicted. His office had to go back to the underwriters and redo my policy (which most companies won’t do), and got me insured! Also, my registration for my work truck expired without warning, and I had to go through inspection, I called the office and they got me updated on my registration, and within a half an hour I was able to go through inspection.
