He was knowledgeable of the products in the store and helped us to choose the right things we wanted to address our sleeping needs. No high pressure at all and let us take out time to ensure we were happy with our purchase. He explained the financing and warranties in detail, so we felt confident with our selection. We decided to go with another Denver Mattress product to replace our old Denver Mattress, it held up to the 10 year promise so we figured it was a solid purchase!
