He was very patient with my many questions and concerns and addressed every single one professionally. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. He spent so much time with me and my son to find the perfect beds and accessories for us both. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

At first we thought we’d just look around to get ideas but it became apparent to me right away that we couldn’t just *see* a mattress that’s going to be best choice for us. When Lyddien (a sales associate) offered to help by asking questions about our sleep positions, we were able to narrow down to three choices immediately. She did not push to “up-sell” us to a more expensive mattresses (which saved a lot of time) and she was very knowledgeable about the materials used in the making of the beds. She was so patient with me as I tested and retested different mattresses! The show is pleasant, very clean, and nicely organized.
