When I went in to purchase the item I wanted, she was gracious and helpful and completely professional. The only reason I give this four stars instead of five is I am waiting to see if they deliver when they say they're going to!
- SSSusieOct 11, 20255.0We need a new mattress for guests, and I looked online and Denver Mattress in Missoula had exactly the model I wanted, it was on sale, and was rated very high by Consumer Reports. Greyson made the purchase very easy for me and said they could deliver it the following week and would haul our old mattress away for a fee. I called the next day to order a support for the mattress and found out this would have to be factory ordered and would arrive somewhat later, but they could still deliver the new mattress next week. We are thrilled to have met our needs so quickly and thank Greyson for her attentive, knowledgeable help.
