Steven Espinosa was our salesman and he showed us mattresses that would work for us without being pushy or trying to sell something that we were not interested in. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions, and even some we didn't know to ask. Steven was kind, courteous and professional. Needless to say he made the sale. Or, more accurately he allowed us to buy what worked for us. He even offered ways to save us money and still get what we wanted without compromising on quality. Diego Carrales was so nice and showed us different ones and different prices. We let him know around what we wanted to spend and what type we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattress types, how the different mattresses had cooling and how it worked.He worked with us to get the most affordable mattress for our comfort. Very patient while we tried different ones and also gave us a little space to talk amongst ourselves, which is great too! Thanks so much Diego Carrales.
