- DMDawn Musicktoday1.0Walked in with 28k in our pockets. Staff was at the back of the store. Zero eye contact and ZERO greeting. We were in the store for quite a while while they chummed it up. One was even lying on a mattress. We walked passed them. We walked the whole store ZERO attention. We left walked down a couple doors and spent quite a bit for a great mattress that was good for ME. THOSE gentlemen were awesome and helpful. Denver Natress ZERO communication. Y'all work on commission right? You lost a sale. 4 men in the store. Why do you need 4 on duty when there are ZERO customers in the store?; and those who do come in you completely ignore. Bet the company is thrilled for your job well done in sending customers to the competition? 😎
