Today I went in to the store and Logan greeted me. I was able to purchase the mattress and foundations that I wanted. So we thought we would stop by Denver Mattress to get a little education on the workings of a split king. Justin thoroughly explained all the benefits and what to look for in mattresses and bases. He had us try each mattress, firmness and adjustable base that they had in the showroom and explained the plus’s and minus’s of each. We left the store fully educated and not pressured to purchase. After we discussed what we had learned, we called Justin the next day on his cell phone on his day off to inform him what we wanted to get. He went into the store on his day off and filled out the order. We went in later that day and worked with Logan to finalize the order and decide on bedding. Logan was very efficient and helpful assisting my wife with her decisions for bedding. We were very impressed with both Justin and Logan. They were not only very professional and knowledgeable but also very helpful. We never felt pressured to purchase. They made a great team. All in all - it was a great experience at Denver Mattress.
